We are looking for a creative, motivated, and highly energetic self-starter with a flare for producing successful integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to join our team and help us bring the Classmates marketing program to the next level!
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, a successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to define and execute a series of well-targeted marketing campaigns individually designed to reach and motivate the proper customer segment. The candidate should also be able to advocate for their ideas and motivate other teams by possessing outstanding communications skills and cross functional leadership abilities.
Core Responsibilities include:
• Develop and manage fully integrated cross channel marketing campaigns that drive positive brand awareness, acquisitions, and increase customer retention
• Execute multiple campaigns concurrently and orchestrate in collaboration with media planners, external vendors, and other co-branding partners as needed to conceptualize, define and execute new feature promotional campaigns
• Assist in building out the Classmates.com external marketing program through execution of viral, social media, online radio and other types of campaigns to increase visibility, membership and positive brand awareness
• Be a brand ambassador, ensuring all creative messaging throughout all customer touchpoints adheres to the overall brand architecture
• Work closely with both internal and external creative resources to formulate the right messaging and design that ensures successful results
The Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in an consumer online company
• Proven success in generating various types of marketing campaigns that utilize various online channels including display, viral, social media and email as well as traditional marketing channels such as events, radio, television, outdoor display etc
• Proven track record in developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer retention and increase site usage by identifying and focusing on customer preferences and needs and inspiring their desire to return
• Experience and strong understanding of what it takes to build a successful social media marketing program
• First class communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to succeed and lead in a fast-paced environment where goals are aggressive and quality is key
• Basic expertise in web analytics
• Experience within agile processes a plus
• BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• MBA preferred
