We are looking for a Ruby Lead to help build and extend a Web application that supports 4 million page views per month and is already fairly complex. Ideal candidate would have 5+ years of software Web development experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and in at least two Web Scripting Languages (PHP, Ruby, Perl, etc), as well as 2+ years Ruby on Rails development experience and have created or been the lead developer on at least two large-scale Ruby on Rails projects
