Summary
The Retirement Services team is responsible for developing and marketing effective tools for retirement planning, and providing customers with simple and easy access to a wide range of ING Direct bank and ShareBuilder product offerings.

The Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for the Retirement website and marketing campaigns relating to the retirement services.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments (Sales & Service, Brokerage Operations, and Marketing Research) to identify and prioritize website enhancements
- Collaborate with Product Management or third-party vendors to implement website enhancements
- Execute email and direct mail campaigns, analyze campaign results, and make recommendations for future campaigns
- Gather, track, and report key marketing and account production metrics
- Complete and manage purchase orders, requisitions, and submissions to compliance

Qualifications
- Brokerage or related financial services experience and strong IRA product knowledge
- Detailed knowledge of ShareBuilder, ING Direct, and Retire MyWay websites
- Ability to work across departments, and manage several projects simultaneously
- Desire to learn new skills and take on responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and/or Certifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical skills and abilities:
Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
