Big Fish is seeking a Project Manager / Product Design Coordinator. To manage a website throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain resource allocation and production schedule for the Product Design team. Oversee workflow to ensure high productivity levels and on-time completion of all projects.

Essential Functions:
Work with internal design team and 3rd party contractors/vendors for creative needs. Maintain systems and schedules to communicate the progress of work on all creative projects. Communicate timelines and
expectations to project owners throughout project. Establish clear follow-up dates and proactively connect
with project owners to review progress. Create and oversee project schedules and ensure timely completion
through all phases.

Ensure quality control and owner approval processes are completed. Work with the client to ensure
project success within timeline and scope targets and manage and track project change requests.

Manage web content publishing process from creative/technical design and development through execution to the various content management systems administered by the Product Design team

Experience & Qualifications:
• Experience in project management preferred
• Must have excellent communication and strong project management skills
• Flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and strong time-management skills
• High-level understanding of the technologies used with design and website development
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology for Agile development preferred
